• Adapts IGCC’s safety culture & Ensure that all provided services are conducted safely.
• Maintain Confidentiality Of Company information.
• Monitoring of the site, in order to ensure that all work is executed within the budgets allowed and in accordance with the contractual programme.
• Provide clear instructions to civil supervisors as to the work activities to be performed on a weekly basis including but not limited to:
a) Hazard / Risk assessments.
b) Emergency procedures.
c) Chain of command reporting.
d) Tools and Equipment requirements.
e) Material requirements.
f) Ensure Permits are in place and reviewed with crew.
g) Production expectations.
h) Daily progress goals and targets.
• Pre-plan work up to 3 weeks in advance and distribute plan to civil supervisors.
• Supervising and/or training civil team members and ensure that all staff have completed HSE and client related training required for work commencement.
• Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing projects.
