Job Description

7+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 in Oil & Gas

Demonstrated excellence in managing & leading HSE teams

Thorough knowledge of Oil & Gas construction principles and activities

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Knowledge of Medical requirement & First Aid

Experience in the provision of Security inside Iraq

Requirements

    Fluent in written and spoken English. and Arabic

    Adapts IGCC’s safety culture and ensure that all provided services are conducted safely.

    Maintain Confidentiality of company information.
  • 4
    Assess, develop, implement, and manage the strategic direction of HSE Business Unit.
  • 5
    Review and assess the effectiveness of Health, Safety and Environmental activities and systems and identify changes or improvements as necessary.

    Lead the HSE team, setting BU objectives and departmental goals, communicating performance requirements, creating key metrics and monitoring progres
  • 7
    Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the IGCC Management System Procedures.

    Be fully conversant with existing and new statutory legislation, regulations and codes of practice affecting IGCC’s operations in Iraq
  • 9
    Oversee and direct the activities of the Health, Safety and Environment Department in support of all projects.
  • 10
    Investigating the reporting of all incidents/accidents in liaison with relevant personnel, occurring on any IGCC work location
  • 11
    Recommend HSE Minimum Standards for all IGCC operations and projects.
