QC Mechanical & Piping Inspector (CSWIP Certificate)

• Adapts IGCC’s safety culture and ensure that all provided services are conducted safely.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

• Ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations

• Ensure that all stakeholders have the required competent resources

• Implant internationally acceptable practices and delivery of a product in compliance to project quality requirements.

• Report daily to manager and advise him on the compliance to contract procedures and standards and any matters effecting quality

• Participate in equipment failure investigations to determine the root cause of the failure to increase asset integrity and availability

• Conduct QC tests, ensures compliance with company's quality requirements and tracks implementation of the approved corrective and preventive actions

• Perform physical inspections, plan and co-ordinate mechanical test and specialist support services, and to interpret test and result.
