Coordinate and control construction quality activities to ensure project quality requirements are understood and implemented across engineering, procurement, and construction.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote IGCC safety culture and ensure all activities are conducted safely
• Coordinate inspections across multiple call-offs/work orders and support daily reporting
• Monitor and review inspection & test reports (ITR) per approved ITP and scope
• Review calibration logs for inspection tools and test equipment
• Track, monitor, and forecast inspection progress and deliverables (e.g., ITR status, outstanding items)
• Identify gaps between planned vs actual progress and escalate concerns
• Coordinate with team leaders, QC inspectors and DC to meet completion dates
• Run quality toolbox sessions and support technical trainings / NCR processes
• Maintain and update QC registers (ITR logs, SOR logs, NCR logs, training register, etc.)
• Establish quality work packs, procedures and ITPs per work order
• Conduct internal audits as per project procedures and standards
• Support project close-out and lessons learned reporting
• Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager
